1. Who we are
This website is operated by Isohel Group Limited, Gladstonos 12-14, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus (“we”). Contact: the contact form on this website. We are an independent private intermediary. We are not a government agency and are not the official toll operator of any country.
2. What we sell
We register an electronic motorway vignette (e-vignette) for your vehicle on your behalf. The price you pay is the official vignette price, converted to euros, plus our service fee, plus any priority-handling charge and options you choose. The breakdown is shown before payment. You can also buy the vignette yourself directly from the official operator.
3. Your information
You are responsible for entering the correct number plate, country of registration, vehicle category, duration and start date. A vignette is registered to the plate you provide and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
4. Priority handling
Orders starting today (Super urgent) or tomorrow (Urgent) carry a surcharge for priority handling, shown before you pay. We aim to register the vignette within 24 hours for a start today, within 2 days and before the start date for a start tomorrow, and within 3 days and before the start date otherwise. For an order starting today, the validity starts when we register the vignette and its end date is counted from that moment; the exact dates are in the confirmation email.
5. Delivery
The vignette is 100% digital. Nothing is sent by post. We send a confirmation by email once it is registered, and by SMS if you chose that option.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
By ordering, you ask us to start the service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the vignette is fully performed (registered). Before registration, you may ask us to cancel by writing to the contact form on this website. If we cannot register your vignette, we refund you in full.
7. Automatic yearly renewal (optional)
If you tick this option on an annual vignette, your payment method is charged again each year for the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to the contact form on this website, effective before the next renewal.
8. Liability
We are not liable for fines resulting from incorrect information you provided, or from driving before the vignette start time. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, without removing the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
